Order & Request Details

Photocopier Requests Contact

The first step in acquiring a new fleet device, or to move an existing device to a new location, is to send a request to our Multi-Function Fleet Coordinator, Geoff Woods, at woodsg2@mcmaster.ca.

Service Requests Service Request

To place a service request, please call MPS at 24446 or by emailing mps@mcmaster.ca.  A customer service representative will create a service request for a Xerox technician to assist.

Toner Orders Contact

Auto supplies replenishment, including toner, is now available on every Fleet device at McMaster with the exception of a few off-campus devices.  Your device will send us an alert when a consumable is getting low and automatically trigger an order.  The replacement will be delivered to your area within 1 or 2 business days.

Paper Orders MacBuy

Copier paper can be ordered via MacBuy, McMaster University’s new E-Procurement tool.
