Several years ago, Media Production Services embarked on a journey to elevate our standards across graphic design, web development, printing, signage, and beyond. Recognizing our capacity for improvement, we committed to offering a broader spectrum of services, pushing the boundaries of creativity, and consistently delivering superior quality.

Our mission is to harness creativity, embrace innovation and attain operational excellence so that we can continue to provide exceptional customer service to McMaster’s faculty, staff, students, and community partners, and implement innovative solutions that deliver a consistent brand experience across diverse media platforms.

Our Strategy
MPS serves as a central provider for print and digital services, seamlessly integrating design, media, and project execution. Our partnership with McMaster University is vital, contributing 4.5% of sales to the core operating budget and offering expertise to reduce costs and enhance quality. With secure facilities, efficient processes, and adherence to regulations, we mitigate risks and prioritize the university’s mission.
Our campus presence ensures convenient, superior customer service, reinforcing our commitment to McMaster’s success. Our alignment with the university’s goals, supported by our reporting structure, gives us a competitive edge. We pledge to consistently meet expectations, delivering fair pricing, reliable turnaround, quality products, and professional services.
